Depuis 1908, le travail de la familie Trias dans le monde de la biscuiterie a engendr\u00e9 une foule de documents et d&#8217;objets. Ils \u00e9taient par cons\u00e9quent extr\u00eamement secs et pouvaient supporter le passage du temps sans se g\u00e2ter. Dans les espaces consacr\u00e9s \u00e0 la boulangerie et \u00e0 la p\u00e2tisserie, sont expos\u00e9s les outils n\u00e9cessaires pour trasformer le bl\u00e9 en pain ou en biscuits: vanneuse,
