Since 1908 the Trias family's endeavoures in the biscuit world have produced documents and objects that portray the tradition, selection and research processes required to develop the Trias quality. These artefacts are displayed in the Trias Museum where there is also a magnificent view of the production line.
The Museum was inaugurated in 1995 and is located in the same building as the factory. Every year over 20.000 people visit the museum.
The exhibition is laid out in different areas consisting of antiquated machines, 19th century furniture, a wide collection of Trias biscuit tins and an explanatory video about the history of Santa Coloma de Farners and the Trias family.
