In this space visitors can see the tools needed to turn wheat into bread or biscuits, from the threshing machine, mixer and wood-fired oven to the most curious machines from a mid-20th century bakery.
Furniture from the late 19th century and an exhibition of account ledgers from 1908, a notebook containing 300 cake and biscuit recipes and other documents belonging to our grandfather, Joaquim Trias.
This section, dedicated to the biscuits created by our grandfather, Joaquim Trias, offers a detailed display of the machinery and processes used to make each of the varieties of biscuits in our traditional selection: Teules, Neulets, Pralinets and Crocant
This projection explains the Trias story, the evolution of the company and the present-day processes.
A reproduction of the original bakery from 1908 with all the elements you would expect to find in a confectioner’s shop from this period, which in addition to food products also sold other grocery items.
Collection of the old tins that the biscuits were originally sold in and which are now used as gifts or souvenirs. Due to their age and the interesting designs printed on them, these tins have great historical value.
